The atmosphere in the house was amazing. We felt that each detail of the house was made and decorated with love and a good sense of beauty. We were so impressed by the view of the Abbey Le Mont Saint Michel from a small window of the bedroom. It's definitely worth staying here for several days. Lovely 'cottage' with plenty of room and all amenities available. Beautiful, peaceful location with views of the Mont-Saint-Michel. We especially enjoyed the pool, conservatory and other outdoor facilities, but also the air-conditioned game-room as we had stunning weather. I was so looking forward to staying in one of the quiet cottages in a garden setting as shown in the pictures of my booking. However I was put in a tiny room in the main hotel with a view of a busy road. It was smelly with cooking smells so I had to open the outside doors with the sound of traffic all night. The music from the restaurant downstairs came through the floor. They did turn the volume down when I asked. The advertised pictures are very misleading. There should be an option to guarantee a cottage when booking. I paid an inflated weekend price for a very mediocre room that was noisy. The rest of the hotel is very nice. I was able to store my bike in a shed.
