Everything was great. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and always has a smile on their faces. The location on the lake is indescribably beautiful. The lake view rooms are unique. Dogs are welcome in this hotel. There are guidelines, but these are not a problem for dog owners. We would like to say thank you to the entire team for this relaxing stay. We would love to come back.

This hotel was great for an overnight stay to get away from home and relax with friends. After reading other reviews we wasn't looking forward to it but just goes to show that there is no review like your own review. The spa is a little dated but nothing major. Apart from that one negative which isn't really a problem we had a great weekend. I would just like to add also that the staff working during our stay where friendly and always more than happy to help with any questions. The breakfast is splendid, a good selection, served well and quickly, with plenty of tea and juice. We also ate in the restaurant twice during our stay and this did not disappoint, the hotel clearly has a good chef. We booked spa treatments, used the pool and the fantastic terrace lounge with comfortable outside furniture, a lovely secluded spot ideal for sun bathing. This time there was a drinks voucher and chocolates in the room which was a lovely thought. The staff were great again. The pool was a nice bonus. The hotel was busy but the themed bar was still a lovely quiet space and perfect for an evening meal.
