It’s a beautiful looking building with a nice reception area and lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble for them.
We were given a free upgrade to an Executive Family Room, which was very comfortable and clean too.

Generally everything was great, the staff, service and cleanliness were top class. Good location just off M6.
Food standards were very good too - in particular, the breakfast buffet.
