The staff were exceptional. I was asked if I'd like to book a table for dinner and I enquired if there would be gluten free options on the menu. Two hours later, on my arrival in the restaurant, the Maitre'D greeted me and said he understood I required gluten free food. The waitress double checked my food choices were indeed gluten free and the following morning I received the same care. All allergens are clearly labelled at each food station and I was told that my choice of cooked foods, toast and croissants would be prepared in the kitchen and brought to me. It was so lovely to be well looked after and not made to feel awkward or difficult.
