Nice clean, spacious room.. Co.fortable bed, wholesome breakfast. Owner very helpful and showed us around the ( completely refurbished) premises, explaining the history of the site.

Lovely room, huge bed, all very clean.
First time Ive ever had a teapot in my room lol
Staff were very pleasant & helpful.
Breakfast was lovely!
We also had an evening meal there too which was delicious!
Prawn cocktail had the most prawns Ive ever had in my life & the beef was cooked to perfection.

The room size was excellent, spacious , beds were really comfy , was quiet and very comfortable. Wardrobe size was amazing , fresh bedding and staff were really friendly.

Despite some poor reviews , I can only speak of my own experience. It's got "budget " in the title, set your expectations accordingly. Large bright room with an obviously recently refurbished ensuite . clean fresh bedding helpful staff.
