The house is amazing! It’s built and decorated with so much love, care and taste. Very clean. It has everything you need: all the cooking essentials, all the bathroom appliances, a fireplace to enjoy cozy evenings, a canteen with tasty wine, BBQ, sauna, hot tub, jacuzzi. It’s just marvelous! The hosts, Lasha and Tatia, are exceptionally friendly and proactive - they always asked if we needed any help and suggested us activities to do. The house also has a huge garden, it snowed overnight and it looked like a fairytale. It’s hard to believe such a gem is only 20-30 min away from Tbilisi - which makes it super convenient to get there. We celebrated the birthday of my husband, and it was amazing! Wonderful memories. Overall, it’s probably the best place we’ve been to in Georgia within almost 2 years of staying here. It’s definitely a high level of service and comfort + I haven’t met such friendly and welcoming hosts in Georgia before. Thank you so much, Tatia and Lasha!

It was my third visit in Tbilisi, but I was less experienced in suburbs of Tbilisi. District where the hotel is located is quite good. Nearby you can find everything from the beginning of meal till the end of clothes and main advantages is metro from where you can reach each direction max in 25-30 minutes. Nearby restaurants, meals and products (even giftshops) are much cheaper than in the center. Hotel has a big green yard and it was one big pleasure to sit there and talk with local staff and owners about interesting topics connected with Georgia. They offered us also traditional wine and cognac. Room was clean, breakfast was excellent. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.
