Beautiful new hotel surrounded by an ecstatic mountain view. The room is large and spacious - includes a balcony. Breakfast was served - simple but very tasty. The team was very warm, helpful and welcoming. If you love nature and quiet just 40 minutes drive from batumi you will enjoy your stay. Me and my husband spontaneously chose this place as we were driving at night pass the location and needed a place to sleep. And we were very pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the round tent-like guest house with an amazing view. Inside everything was clean and beautiful, there was a little kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower. In the morning we woke up to see an astonishing view to the mountains through the panoramic transparent wall. You can also hear the mountain river. Super! Outside there was a terrace with a swing chair, a little table to have breakfast and again - an amazing view. The owner was very kind to us and treated us with home made wine and a snack when we arrived. He also advised us what to visit around location. Definitely recommend.

Our 2-night stay with our group of 5 people was absolutely amazing! I'd easily rate it 10/10. The house is very spacious, with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities outside. The big living room downstairs had a huge smart TV, and by the way, the place had surprisingly fast WiFi internet. Upstairs, we had 4 comfy rooms, which were more than enough for the 5 of us, but this place would easily accommodate 8-10 people. There are 2 large balconies (maybe it’s even better to call them terraces) with incredible mountain view. Overall, the house design is very cozy and functional at the same time. Don't forget to explore the hidden gem in the area—a kind of mountain river backwater, plus multiple waterfalls of various sizes. The host, Zaza, was extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you guys, it was a really great weekend getaway!

The owner was very kind. He arranged for us to leave our car in the village and drove us to the villa in his van. The house was cozy, clean, warm and Christmas decorated. The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed. We were able to order delicious traditional food and local wine from a small wine cellar which is next to the guest house. The terrace offers a beautiful mountain view. The host speaks only Georgian and Russian, but with the help of Google translate we had good communication. It was important for us that he welcomed us with our pet.
