It's rare that I rate full marks for everything. The check-in lady was so friendly we almost did not know how to respond. I found that in general hotel rooms in Georgia are not as sound proof as they usually claim. This hotel was the exception, totally quiet throughout our stay. Great views. Great room. room is so good but view not very good because it also not looking at the piazza square. always hot water is ready. but plumbing not very well. sewer smell always on bathroom. location is perfect. breakfast is also good but no writing on meats (ham, chicken, cow, etc) they have a tea machine but they dont make a tea, only boiling water. not enough dishes and glasses for crowded guest.
