Nice and charming city, with typical architecture for cities in Greece, all buildings almost the same size and very close to each other with narrow streets and sidewalks (looks chaotic and cute at the same time). Lots of cafes and restaurants in the city center. Visited for the New Year and were surprised how everything was decorated, every street, square, tree... Do not miss the fortress and the view from there.
Sunset is great as the city is oriented to the west.
Also highly recommend to visit Archaia Olympia (where Olympic games in ancient Greece were held) which is 1.5 hours away by car.
Be careful in the traffic in the city center as it is very chaotic, during 5 days experienced several cases where cars just did not stop on a red light (when for pedestrians was green!).
Another negative side - extremely expensive fee for driving over the bridge if entering the city from north (14.7 eur per car for one direction!)

Patra is a wonderful city, bustling and peaceful at the same time. We drank very delicious Greek coffee in quite a few cafes. The castle offers a wonderful view of the city. We tasted great wines at Achaia Clauss.

Patra is the key location for any traveler who wants to mix sunbathing days with history lessons experiences. One can easily get to more than 5 beaches located nearby, all with crystal clear waters and either pebbles or sand, where sunbeds can be found. At the same time, there are multiple other historical locations that can be visited (Epidavros, Delphi, Ancient Olimpia, temple of Apollo, Micene, etc.). All the small villages along the coast offer exquisite views and interesting things may be learnt from them (see Nafpaktos and Lepanto)

Patras is worth visiting for its architecture and night life. There are some very good restaurants too, we ate in Prego in the old city and is a quirky restaurant with excellent Mediterranean dishes. Stroll around the pedestrian areas and you will be stunned by the liveliness of the city. Stop for a drink at Treli Rodia an old time favourite and speak to the owner Alexis to learn about the Patras he has experienced

Patras is the third largest city in Greece, it is a very lively place and has many young people. There are ferries to all the Ionian Islands from Patra and nearby Killini. Patras is best known for its Rio-Antirio bridge. It is a real pleasure to swim on one of the beaches near the bridge and watch the huge mountains across the road.
This was our second stay at this hotel and we booked a room with city view. Like before, everything was perfect. Spotless room, huge and comfortable bed, big bathroom with plenty of amenities. The host is amazing and willing to go an extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We definitely going to book again in our future trips to Patra.
Amazing central location, easy to walk to main city areas. Room is beautifully designed, spacious, with nice big bathroom. Rooftop bar is amazing, pleasant, with beautiful views. Hotel provides a parking on a location just next to the hotel entrance, and fee is really reasonable. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and varieties.
Hotel is located central to the city of Patras and within close proximity to shops, cafes and public transport. The property was clean, great value for money and the staff were very friendly and would always greet us when we were in the lobby. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Food although there was not a big variety it was delicious. The coffee was excellent. Much better than any coffee I have had in hotels and in a most coffee shop's in Greece. Freddo espresso was included in the price.
Reasonably sized, comfortable, well appointed rooms. Location is within walking distance to downtown Patras. Hotel has its own parking lot. The breakfast buffet has a good assortment of food and drink options and we were able to dine outdoors on a patio.
Everything was very clean and no cigarette smoke lingering around anywhere
(Which can really be a problem in Greece)
Owner was very quick to respond if something was needed.
Just a minute away from bus terminai very helpful if you have a suitcase
The location is comfortable, clean, has a welcoming design, the room is spacious enough. It is easy to find and having a parking space is a real deal, as parking can be really difficult in patras. It is located really close to the city center.
A really 4 star hotel in Greece. We traveled a lot and very few that have 4 stars are really at a 4 star west European level. This one is. Very comfortable, clean and good food on a great roof top terrace. The bar is also classic and chic :)
Wonderful welcoming helpful staff to start with. An elegant beautifully designed boutique hotel. I drove all the way to Patras to treat myself because I was a weary Traveller and I wasn’t disappointed. I would definitely stay here again.
Parking right in the front of the hotel. A few minutes walk to the busy pedestrain street of Patras with many great shops and restaurants. Very friendly chekin procedures. The cleaning lady fell in love with our dog. Very sweet.
It was lovely to stay in such a lovely individualistic hotel, close enough to the centre of Patras for shopping etc, but far enough out so as feel relaxing. A lovely warm welcome from the staff on reception, very helpful.
The hotel is comfortable, clean and in a very good position for whomever, like us, is coming to Greece on a ferry boat - close to the port and walking distance from the center and the restaurants area.
A home away from home!
I never thought we’d find a hotel which made us feel so comfortable and loved! THANK YOU all (especially Sophia and Mr Pavlo!) and hope to see you soon 🙏🏼🫶🏻🧿❤️
Excellent staff, very helpful, always ready to support and assist for the needs. We felt very welcome in the hotel. Breakfast was very good too; the staff did all we have asked for.
