We only stayed near Buzet (in Vrh) for 2 nights and it was the perfect length. We relaxed at the pool on our property, and did a truffle hunting tour/experience which was the reason for our visit and it was fantastic. The food was amazing in this region.CassandraCanada - 10Scored 10
Buzet is a nice little town to visit.
Buzet is a nice little town to visit. From Buzet we drove with the car to the beaches and towns of Porec, Rovinj, Opatija and some local towns like Hum, Kotli and Motovun. Also the Ucka mountain. We stayed in Buzet for 10 days, and that was enough for us to see alot of the north, east and west side of Istrie.

Nice hilltop town with some good bars and cafes.
Nice hilltop town with some good bars and cafes. Excellent walking area - maps and information from Tourist office in the town. There are banks and a good supermarket. Make sure you visit Motovun, Hum and spend a day in Rovinj (one hours drive away).

House was spotless clean. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. The owners are such a friendly family who gave us a warm welcome. We can recommend this accommodation for everyone who enjoys a hideaway. The old Town of Buzet is also very nice. We did some trips the coasts and citys in the circle of 50km and enjoyed to come back every night to our garden eden far away from noisy hot spots.*SusanneGermany

We were were pleasantly surprised with the quality of service we received in the house and the beauty of the place itself. The hosts were beyond welcoming and we liked the place so much that we spent more time there than in the climbing areas. Highly recommend!AAljažSlovenia

The staff were so friendly and we had a romantic dinner overlooking the valley and setting sun. Delicious dinner with excellent wine and our waitress let us taste 3 wines before selecting so what a treat!
