One can go for a hike easily, a beautiful trail leads through the hotel's lot. However if you'd rather stay in, there are also in-house lunch/snack options, and well, the spa is my all-time favourite. They are also well equipped for families travelling with little babies.

The breakfast was good and there was variety. The dinner was also good in quality and their was variety even though the Hotel was not full during this period. The internet worked fine! The rooms were clean and big enough! The spa area was clean and not crowded.

The location couldn't be better, it is a few steps from the Mátraháza bus station. It is a great location to scape from the noise of the big city.

Plus no free drinks (coffee, juice, tea) at dinner. Also personal of the hotel except reception didn't speak English at all, it was a bit frustrating sometimes.
