Cosy and well-kept little town surrounded by beautiful nature. Spend one or two days visíting the main spots of the town: Erzsébet tér, Szent-József Church, Jézus Szíve Church, Bank Palace, Thury György Museum, Vasemberház, Kiskastély, Inkey-kápolna. A must-see is the MAORT-telep, the American workers' neighbourhood with its typical athmosphere. Then head out to the nature: surrounding lakes (Csónakázó-tó, Gyékényesi-tó, Kistolmácsi-tó), Kőszikla-szurdok Nagybakónak (photo), Förhénc wineyard and more.AnikóHungary - 2.0Scored 2.0

City is NOT tourist friendly! We went to a couple of restaurants downtown and the staff didn't speak any other language but Hungarian. If you don't speak hungarian you won't be served. Spend your money elsewhere.CristianRomania

They accept card payments, you can park in front of the hotel and the location is really nice. The park for children is close as well and the bakery is on the opposite side, so you can buy fresh bread. Beds are very comfortable. I sleep very well there.

The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious. There was even an electric kettle with instant coffee in case we wanted to have some.

The rooms are big enough and we had also a small, but ok patio, sufficient for stay a bit outside. Breakfast was ok.
