Our accommodation was very central to the town and surrounding areas, a visit to the tudor Castle is a must and if you like walking you have to take a walk up the river Bank 👌beautiful, and if you like a drink or two their's plenty of pubs with entertainment, not much in the way of restaurants, only cafe's and pub grub, and to cap it all, the locals are very friendly 😀😀

I liked everything about my stay here. The place was spotless. Ber was a very lovely host and very helpful. The shower in the room is very modern, really enjoyed the rain shower head. Basic tea, coffee and dry breakfast items were supplied in the communal kitchen. Accommodation is situated very close the the Carrick Hotel which does basic but very nice pub grub (probably a much livelier spot if we weren't in Covid times). Would definitely stay again if the need arose to be in the area. Thank you Ber!
