Everything!! I honestly haven't stayed anywhere nicer. Was beyond my expectation. The views, the seals chatting/playing, the walks, the homemade biscuits, the amazing super king bed, honestly I cannot fault it.

The location of the Hotel, and the variety of options for breakfast is great. We used the Spa which was an incredible experience. At check out when we complaint about the sound that we were hearing during the two nights of our stay from next door, we were offered a 50 euro compensation. Another good thing was that the car park was free.

With stunning design and spacious rooms, The Glasshouse is set on The Garravogue River in Sligo’s centre. It boasts an AA Rosette restaurant and a gym.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The girl who served us dinner was really kind and went out of her way to find out what dishes I could eat as a coeliac. I really appreciated her help. The room was lovely, bed comfortable and it was spotless. The only tiny issue was an insistent hum that started in the room just after 6am. When we turned off the air conditioning it stopped so it must have been that. After dinner we went up to the bar, it was lovely and atmospheric with a beautiful view out over the river. Our room had a little balcony where you could sit outside and watch the swans on the river. I'd definitely recommend The Glasshouse for a great night away.
