This is a gorgeous little B&B just outside Listowel town. The rooms are lovely and sparkling clean, with really nice touches to make it feel homely. The breakfast was delicious. The owner Joan was a really sweet and friendly lady who made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Easy to find. Room was large and bathroom was clean and water was very hot.
Arrived slightly earlier than expected time but Lisa was so welcoming, making a pot of tea and finding toys for our 1year old. We also had to leave earlier than the normal breakfast time but Lisa was able to make us breakfast before leaving for the airport. Would happily stay here again!
