Rooms open onto a lovely shaded patio area and a garden full of birds. Excellent food. We loved seeing the coffee estate, and the sunrise from the top of the hill.

Property is excellent location. Rooms are neat.We really enjoyed staying here. Mr. Santhosh welcomed us very well. Food is unbelievable good. Staff is also very friendly and I strongly recommend to book it

I booked this through booking.com. I was supposed to pay tent on reaching the property. But the owner insisted on phone to immediately or I may not get accommodation. I paid 2200/_ in advance. On day of booking I could not get proper route map and no one knew this property in kalasa. Through the help of owner I drove my Honda city car. I asked the owner why property board is not there in any place he told it is a forest area and not allowed for commercial activities. The road is just 8-10 feet mud road only jeeps can move. I was not able to go back my car got struck on the way. There is know board of property anywhere including on the property. This is a forest area and I think it is unauthorized home stay. With difficult and damage to car i reached property. The rooms were worst no attached bathroom cot and bed was worst. My wife was afraid to stay there by seeing environment and talked to owner and he told he doesn't have attached bathroom rooms.I told the owner I didn't want to stay in this condition and in unauthorized place. And without even going inside room we took our car and tried to come back to kalasa. Within 300 meters my car has to climb up worst road of 8 feet width road got struck to a stone. No one is there except my wife and myself we were really afraid. After half an hour one jeep came and the driver of jeep agreed to level the road with his five staff and towed my vehicle. They collected rs. 2500 for the service. My vehicle got badly damaged, but happy i reacback to kalasa. Please do not go to this unauthorized worst road worst place ever. I do not know how booking. Com is showing these unauthorized places in their website. I have lodged a complaint with booking. Com but they are yet to reply. You just decide whom to believe and book our accommodation online

Host was very co-operative , hospitality was good , food was home made , hygenic and excellent. Overall We liked the stay .

Cannot write about the property as we did not stay there. Terrible communication from one Ms. Pooja Ghosh. She said the room we booked was not available and offered another in Charana homestay promising a private room with double bed and private bathroom. The amount was paid and on the day of the checkin, we found that Charana homestay was closed and no longer functional. We ended up staying in someone's house which was not the ideal relaxed environment we were looking for as it involved staying with a family of 6. Some honesty would have been appreciated from the person that communicated so we could have gone for well informed alternate options. Would not opt for this stay or believe the information I get from Pooja Ghosh.
