This place is special. Beautiful, tranquil and relaxed. The setting is perfect. Beautiful views from the verandas. Everywhere and always the sight and sounds of birds and animals. From our veranda we saw spotted deer, mongoose, eagles, turtle, sunbirds, peacocks and so much more.
The food was amazing. Inventive mixes of flavours, perfectly cooked and generously served.
The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and interesting.
The staff are great. A great team.
One of them took us out for early morning and late afternoon birdwatching walks that were great. And it’s right next to the Bandipur reserve so very handy for safaris.
We planned to stay two nights but just had to stay one more. You could easily spend a week here and still be reluctant to leave.
I totally recommend this place. Go. You’ll love it.

The Service was exceptional. Sanjay, Shantanu, Sneha, Santosh and team took care of our every need at any given point. The place itself is beautiful and aesthetic, the fact that it has only 5 cottages ensures that it's private and exclusive , however no place would work if the service and hospitality was not up to the standard. This place makes for an amazing experience purely because of its exceptional team. The food also was outstanding, every meal Chef Bala made us was delicious, almost like eating home cooked meals from your grandma's kitchen. The fact that the place is pet friendly just adds to the unique experience as your furry friends have so much space to run around free... This was our second time and will definitely not be our last. From start to finish everything was perfect! All of the staff and management go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and have everything you need for your stay. They organise all of the safari tours for you and help organise transport to wherever you need to go. The hospitality is exceptional and we would recommend Labdhi to anyone!

Neat and well maintained resort. Disciplined and courteous staff .Definitely it’s a pleasant stay at this resort. No much amenities but still it’s worth staying . We liked the property very much!

2. Work out where you're staying relative to safari start - some resorts are ~30 minutes away from safari points and booms are down in the early mornings.
3. Safaris are 90 mins long, and are on the expensive side.
We had to truncate our trip since one of our sons was unwell, but we wish we could have spent more time and done more safaris.

Forest was much better last year . More dense.
Forest was much better last year . More dense. There were a lot more animals last year as compared to this year, may be because of the recent forest fire. Overall very nice experience. Safari was great too.
