Worst experience. Inspite of booking confirmation and partial payment made, the property owner sold my room for some extra money. 1 hour into the reservation I get a call from oyo saying the property manager cancelled the reservation due to unforeseen maintenance. I was already there so I thought i will go and check myself. Turned up that owner was lying. They told me all rooms are occupied and the hotel is overbooked and so they canceled my reservation 2 hours into the reservation. They told me it’s first cum first serve. Thhis was for some serious reasons that i had to specifically book at this property. It created a lots of trouble to me. I have travelled all round the world and stayed at many hotels but this was the most pathetic and unprofessional experience. To makes things worst OYo seemed helpless and justified first cum first policy. Never ever book or stay in oyo properties. Who knows next time they may throw you out of your room if somebody pays them more for the room. Oyo has gone worst

I was in Bangalore fo the Indian Energy Week and all of the big hotels were either booked out or extremely expensive. I choose this one for its convenient location. It exceeded my expectations.
