I went to india for 12 nights,stayed at 4 different cities from 2 star to 4 star hotels. Gem park was the most costly buy was the worst experience. They give us a basement room,overlooking their workers quarters.Most of their local clients and of South Indian origin are allocated basement rooms below their lobby where the laundry area and housekeeping facilities is located. The entire floor stinks .. The Caucasians and fair skin indians from the the North are allocated rooms at the top floors

The breakfast was good. The location of the property is very good. As it is in the midst of the town. The reception desk arranges for an auto if required and the auto comes in a jiffy. Rooms are kept clean. They even changed the bedsheets after we complained about stains in the sheet. 🤪🤪

Clean room, location is acceptable, breakfast limited option however very good quality and taste. The staff was cooperative. just across the road is a good restaurant. The location is outside the city, so it was easy for me to go for a run towards Lwaracne school. The place is quiet and cool. A good parking place.

Due to there miscommunication, they arrange Taxi for Coimbatore instead of Calicut & we miss our flight & urgently we have booked another flight on my cost , that time they said they will reimburse … now they are doing there internal inequiry & checking how this mistake happens from hotel side, but due to there mistake I lost 45k and if they will not reimburse I need to sue them ….
