The ambience is good.
The hotel staff were quite undetectable. Booking.com messed up the way the booking is done. I first chosen two people one room. After seeing the price I updated to 2 rooms. The way the system configured which is different from my expectation. It interpreted as one room per one person. This was raised by hotel reception team. I have shown and explained how I tried to book. After some time and discussions, they kindly allowed to checkin. Booking. Com should understand how their system is creating issues at the time of booking.
