Both my wife and myself were on a short vacation. We were welcomed by Ms.Urmila at reception desk. Despite a holiday rush she personally showed us the room and explained the features of the property. Since we were on navratri fast. Chef Girish (Dinner time) and Chef Vishal (breakfast time) personally came to our table to understand and served us with Navratri food as per our requirement.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff specially Ms Muskan behaving like family member, lovely and great first impression of westin resort. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
