To whom it may concern, I strongly record my dissatisfaction and my agony about this fake and cheating site of " BOOKING.COM " , as we approached the property, the manager of your property, simply & irresponsibly, informed that no reservation has been made by us and that we were shocked and stranded there, helplessly. This is the highly fake site and that liable to sue under Consumer Protection Act for leaving us in a stranded condition and lurch. This is the notice that why we SHOULD not sue this "Booking.com" for not fulfilling the contract condition and also put this guests under mental agony/ loss of time/ loss of confidence/ stranding with any alternative / failure of our further schedule - causing irreparable loss/ etc., Ravindran Muthukumarasamy
