If you want to travel around Taormina, Etna, Siracusa or catania the hotel is at best location. Also it is very close to the restaurants, bars and attractions. Breakfast is very good, there are some choices other than croissant. Staff are very nice and helpful. To me everything was just fine.

Catania is only 15-20 minutes drive by car, depending on the traffic. Acitrezza was peacefull and we found the locals very kind, friendly and open hearted people. We dined well at Tratoria da Federico where we had delicious oysters fresh from local waters.
Unfortunatelly there is no posibility to walk alongside the sea more than a few hundred meters.

The location is great for traveling north and south of the town. The view from the terrace is lovely! We arrived at night and it was a special surprise in the morning.
The kitchen is very tiny and we were unable to reheat leftovers due to the lack of a microwave and our inability to use the oven. We were very thankful for the washing machine and clothes dried quickly on the rack on the terrace.

Acitrezza is a very beautiful village and is special due to the famous rocks called Faraglioni. Is a perfect location for visiting the eastern part of Sicily, There are nice restaurants, with good fish, pasta and pizza and of course very good ice-cream. You can have a nice walk on the promenade near the see and walk to Acicastello to see the Norman Castle. There are lots of places to take a bath from the rocks but also some platforms built over the see, with sunbeds and stairs to get into the water. From the harbor you can have boat trips.

This was our 6th visit but the first not in summer.
This was our 6th visit but the first not in summer. We were surprised by how quiet it was but the weather was glorious, the people very welcoming and it was a lovely relaxing break for us. Not a place for those who need a lot of attractions, unless you have a car and want to drive to different places every day.

Good starting point for exploring Etna and Taormina.
Good starting point for exploring Etna and Taormina. Otherwise other parts of Sicily are better, at least for families.
Lots of garbage in the roadside which sometimes spoils a good scenery, but probably the same all over Sicily.
The hotel is excellent and offered us a delicious welcome drink upon arrival. We stayed in the family suite which can host up to 6 people. It has two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, kitchen and large open balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view. It was beautiful. Every part of the hotel exibited great design choices with designer furniture. There was excellent communication before and after arrival. Staff were polite and professional with prompt service for any requests. We would happily stay again.
The host was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my late check-in and make sure I had everything I needed. The room is beautiful and very comfortable. The room is large and spacious and has a nice patio attached. There is also a kitchen with an oven, stove, and refrigerator. There is also a kitchen with an oven, stove, and refrigerator. The spa tub is HUGE and works well, it's so relaxing! Everything was perfect. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Catania.
We had a wonderful stay at Epos Acitrezza! Centrally located and close to the sea. Very clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious and was cleaned daily! Santo was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a daily breakfast with a great selection of pastries and cakes. Excellent cappuccino was served during breakfast. We loved the homemade limoncello too :) We really enjoyed staying at this place and we highly recommend this B&B!

Etesia Vacation Home exemplifies genuine hospitality. The host's warm greeting, accompanied by a delightful box of pasti di mandorle, created a charming welcome. The clean, cozy, and well-furnished space offers a comfortable retreat. With convenient access to shops and restaurants, and just a 20-minute drive to Catania, it serves as an ideal launching pad for exploring Etna, especially for those with a car. Totally recommendable!
- great terrace with sea view
- in a well kept green area
- aircon in all rooms (a must also in September)
- windows with blinds
- within walking distance (15 min) to Acitrezza center (beautiful small town)
- a bus connection to Catania is possible, but a car is recommended (there is free parking at the property)
- good restaurants nearby
- good kitchen utilities
- nice host with free wine and water bottle on arrival
Rooms were well taken care of and very clean.
The sea view is really there and actually very close to the sea (you can see the Ciclopi). There is a big terrace shared with all the rooms and available to have breakfast.
The host is a very nice guy and makes good cappuccinos.
Recommended stay if you want to visit Catania, Etna or even if you go there for the sea and beaches.
We chose the best accommodation we could find in Sicily.
Location: Close to Catania, approximately 30 minutes from the airport.
Setting: Beautiful surroundings with a garden, barbecue area, and a lovely sea view.
Host: The owner was exceptional, welcoming, and helpful.
Overall: We can highly recommend this place and were truly delighted with our stay.
Breakfast was really excellent!! Good location and beautiful view, great hotel for a short visit. Comfortable rooms with good beds and bathrooms, parking close to the rooms. We stayed in the annex for 1 night only, so we didn't try the swimming pool. The hotel is a bit older, but in a good condition. Very friendly and helpful staff.
This was probably the best hotel during our trip to Sicily. It was easy to get around, it took us 20 min drive to reach Catania. The hotel is new and clean. What we liked the most is the large size of the room, it was very convenient for our family of three. Breakfast was good. There was a free parking just in front of the hotel.
The apartment is very spacious with everything you need inside. It is at a good distance from Taormina, Etna sud, Siracuzza, Catania. You can reach the seaside in 7 minutes ( riviera dei ciclopi area). The view from the balcony is amazing ( seaside view and Etna mountain).
Brilliant staff who sorted.out our rooms to accommodate our family needs.
They are friendly and courteous .
The hotel is very modern and clean hotel.
Breakfast was excellent again staff accommodating our needs.
Plenty of good restaurants near the hotel.
Very good quality, comfortable, amazing beds, kind staff.
A good stay was very hard to find in Catania, it seems everything is either old or bad reviewed, the Ciclope resort was our choice after checking many places, and it was the best decision.
Very nice, clean and convenient appartement close to the center. The owner is really friendly and helpful, also knowledgeable about the sites nearby. The location is also great to explore Catania, Mount Etna, Taormina etc.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a great balcony overlooking the pool, which other than having to wear a headcap was fantastic. Access to the sea and the town of Acitrezza was close and easy.
The location of the b&b is perfect to enjoy the Riviera dei Ciclopi and the rooms have an amazing view. The staff is very kind. In the Oasis B&B you fell like at home.
The room was clean, air-conditioned and big enough. Hotel has enough parking spaces, which you don't have to pay for. Croissants for breakfast were delicious.
