Fantastic choice in so many ways.
Located on the hills (nice air in the evening), in a beautiful and very quiet area. Highly comfortable and well equipped apartment (there are a couple of them and each is as separate as possible). All necessary amenities, A/C included. Extremely helpful, kind and attentive host who often visits the place and is reachable by WhatsApp if not there.
We (a 2 + 2 family) used it as a base for both local beaches and excursions to cities like Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano and other local attractions. We had a perfect stay.
Highly recommended.

It is in a most beautiful location at the top of a hill. The views are stunning, with both inland and sea views. Although some parts of the village are reached by climbing some steepish roads, in general it is quite pedestrian friendly as traffic has limited access. The swimming pool was very good with enough chairs. The grounds were wonderfully kept to enjoy. The farm animals were an added bonus and my daughter had a blast playing with the dogs. The rooms had a kitchen so you could cook as well if you wanted. And best of all, Sandro was a very gracious and wonderful host!AshishItaly

Distance from Castagneto Carducci is about 4 minutes by car. The house was furnished by microwave, fridge, kitchen and anything you need. We didn't talk much with the host, but we have nothing to complain, for the little taste we had they were absolutely gentle. The house was clean
