Good location in Varena and Bellagio but the hotel seems abandoned with simple services (loose toilet seat) without maintenance. Dirty walls and musty smell in the room without proper maintenance.

Very friendly, helpful owners. We had a fantastic view overlooking the lake. Breakfast and room were really nice and we were made to feel welcome. This hotel is situated in a more quiet part of the lake which we liked and you can get a ferry bus service to Bellagio and other spots which are busy and more touristy and we felt the return fare was very reasonable.
