The hotel was excellent and the 13th floor reception area was beautiful. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the bed very comfortable. We also loved the onsen!

The location is pretty fair. The hotel is totally passable for living, I can't mention any "no-go". There are no bad surprises. Rooms are quiet.
I reserved a room without windows but there was a window in my room (I didn't pay extra). This window could be completely blinded so I got all the features of the theater room plus the window.
Despite the negative comment below I can still recommend you to stay here. This is a decent place that will satisfy most of people. I just had too high expectations based on the description. Price/quality ratio is fair and the place is good enough.
