Great service. The hotel is close to the station. The room size was good, easy enough to open a big suitcase. I liked a public bath and sauna. I wish to use the gym but I did not have an appropriate outfit.

The breakfast in the morning was everything I needed. Most restaurants didn’t open until 11 or they were dinner restaurants and opened at 530. Very convenient. The staff on the property was so polite and although I didn’t speak too much Japanese, they made sure to find a way that we could communicate.

We also enjoyed the public bath and gym in the property. There were convenience stores, supermarkets and bowling nearby. As mentioned in its website, only limited parking spaces available but right opposite the hotel entrance (like a few steps across the road), there was a few paid parkings. Ranging from JPY600 to JPY800 per night, reasonable.

It is just walking distance from the University of Tokyo, Kashiwa campus. There is a seven-eleven at the bottom of the hotel which stays open until 10 pm. Great location - right next to Kashiwa station and about 10-15 min walk to IPMU. Very clean and nice room. Has public bath (onsen) in hotel, although I was too jet lagged to use it.
