The hotel had contactless entry and everything went smoothly. the staff communicated regularly to make sure guests had all the information needed. the rooms was the most spacious and the beds were the most comfortable we have had so far on our trip in Japan. there was a microwave, fridge and kettle in the room and all the amenities we needed were kept in a little cabinet on the check in floor so if we needed more we would help ourselves. it was also only a 5 minute walk from the train station. this place felt more like a thoughtfully put together Airbnb and we really enjoyed our stay here.

We walked to the old part of Saga City and discovered the historic Nagasaki Highway or Sugar Road filled with special shops that families have run for generations, the cultural museum and tours of historic homes! There are also new businesses created by younger entrepreneurs so there’s a youthful feeling as well.

The hidden pottery village in Imari and Arita will be worth a visit if you like pottery and ceramics and if you plan on purchasing some pieces for yourself.
Saga Castle ruins is worth a visit if you like history and Japanese-style rooms, they provide free audio guides and staff are very helpful and friendly.
Yoshinogari Historical Park is another good place to learn about the ancient Yayoi period. Food at the restaurant was unique and quite delicious.
We made a trip out to Takeo to check out TeamLab's exhibition in Mifuneyama Rakuen Hotel. You'll have to pay for an overpriced beverage/dessert before entering but it's definitely worth it because the light display inside is beautiful and quite mesmerizing.

I stayed in Saga for 2 days: in the first day I went to the city center and I visited the ruins of the castle, the 2 main museums, the Okuma Shigenobu's old house and many shrines, whereas in the second day I went to the Yoshinogari Park to see the Yayoi Era remainings, just to see with my eyes what I have studied in university about Japanese art history
We did not book the hotel with meal but there are 2 diners at the lobby floor. Highly recommend the Japanese restaurant and if possible, book the course set in advance. The food is beyond perfection and the price is reasonable.
We booked the family room and it is by far the biggest hotel room we stayed in Japan.
Bath hall is also impressively huge. People from the town would come here to take a bath and meal. very nice experience.
It's located right outside the train station and easy to catch bus/train. Its breakfast buffet is great with regional meals along with some western food. A separate hot spring bath is available early morning and until late at night. It's quite spacious and very relaxing. Coffee/Tea is also available at the lobby. It was such a great experience to stay this hotel.
Good location, very close to the train station! The room was simple yet comfortable and clean with a nice small bathroom with a small bathtub. We enjoyed the public hot bath available in the hotel and the breakfast that had so many choices if you like japanese style breakfast. We are very happy we decided to stay there.
Check in had a little hiccup where I couldn't reach the person over the desk phone. But it was quickly resolved. The location is good, beside saga station which is so convenient. The room is relatively larger by japan standard and is comfortable. Bathroom amenities and coffee packets available at ground floor.
Very comfortable Japanese style room, an exceedingly friendly and helpful staff. The dinners were excellent and quite ample. Breakfasts were also very good. We very much enjoyed the onsen (hot spring baths) that were down the hall from our room. Nice location in the countryside North of Saga.
The location is great. You can see the JR station right from the window.
There's convenience stores and a supermarket with the tax-free counter in 5-minute walk.
It's good for customers like me who didn't buy the hotel breakfast.
The elevator is fast. Room is clean for sure.
This is an excellent choice for a place to stay in Saga. It's a low fuss check in process and very comfortable. The location is amazing and right across from the station. If one is staying in Saga city, this is an excellent choice of hotel for low fuss stay.
This is one of the best locations within Saga city. It is within walking distance of the station and many of the main attractions. The rooms are modern and clean, with full amenities. The price is also quite reasonable for all that is included.
This is my first time staying at a container hotel. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff there are very friendly We had a choice of frozen foods for breakfast tomorrow and there was a microwave in the room.
The owners running the hotel are very helpful and approachable.
The unit is very clean, well equipped for comfortable stay. The decor is nice and cosy. The bathroom is very spacious, with a huge jacuzzi!
Nice cozy Japanese style hostel close to Saga station. Also has a cozy sake bar in the ground floor. The host will provide you a bicycle to see Saga around for a fair price.
Location was perfect, just close to JR station. Hotel is nice, new, clean and comfortable enough. Stuff is nice and very helpfull. Wi-fi works as it should
