The staff, especially the porter who is there for a long time was much helpful to get a downstairs room for my aged mum. Clean environment. Comparatively food is ok. Rooms are clean.

We stayed in a lake-view room on the 5th floor from where the view was breathtaking. We got to witness it during rain as well as in sunny weather. My daughter enjoyed the walk around the lake and the swing very much. It is extremely calming to watch the birds too.
