The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable, the view is spectacular, there is a natural pool/river which is nice to take a swim in when the weather is hot, the food was very delicious, wifi worked well, the hosts were lovely, the dog was super sweet, it was a quiet location - perfect for escaping the city.

Truly exceptional service. Every member of staff down to the "trainees" in the restaurant were incredibly warm and attentive. Mostly the location...Very structured and architectural hotel in Kandy next to the mahaweli river...Was nothing a little bit of difference as showed in the pictures and everything is super...We booked two HB rooms...When we go through the reviews before reserve the rooms had a doubt about the meals plans they had provided but we could enjoy a delicious buffet with many varieties during the stay...Calm and peaceful environment...Highly recommend and worth for money....
