Def a place to visit while being in Nepal, but I somehow got the feeling that the locality has lost a lot of its soul with increasing commercialization of tourism. Amazing experience.
Amazing experience. It was really what you expect in a Lodge surrounded by nature. All the atmosphere is really familiar and relaxed. Thanks to Mr Deepak, it was really helpful to organise our Safari day and to arrange the transportation with the taxi and bus tickets. The food was delicious and prepared at the moment. The perfect place if you want a little bit of tranquility.

A lovely town that has more more to offer than the National Park. You could easily spent a day or two visiting surroundiings on a bike or even by foot. Or spent some hours along the river side. or just walk up and down the main road in the village..Eva

Location is a short walk off the Main Street, easy walk to anywhere in Sauhara. The staff is amazing, kind, caring, respectful and helpful in arranging any activities such as jeep safaris, taxi, bus, plane tickets etc etc. Breakfast was plentiful and seconds were always offered. Room are spacious. I would definitely recommend Chitwan Village Resort, a quiet spot to enjoy after a busy day.

All the staff are actually fantastic here and make your stay in Chitwan so much fun. They have great tour options (not inflated prices either) and are so close to the NP you can walk there.
