I'd rate the facilities at 2/5, but with how helpful the owner was (5+/5), I'd put the place at 3.5/5. Note that there is a gate, so if you need to leave early, youd need to inform owner about this, so that they open the gate. I'd recommend the owners to stay at this apartment for 2 days themselves, to see the critical missing parts.

The staff was absolutely Fantastic, polite and joyfull. I feeled I was a friend. The Manager waited for my arrival until 11PM and organized that a taxi could pick me up when I left to the airport. The place was very calm except during 1 weekend which was normal because there was a feast. The food at the small restaurant was correct and not expensive. The pina colada was sublime. The bed was comfortable.

We had an amazing experience at this kiteparadise in punta chame. We found this kite spot/school via booking.com. The spot is really amazing with wind the whole day between 14-28kts. The gear we rented for a price of $90 a day, which is really worth it, because we got to use perfect and new kites from Core and Cabrinha. The cabins are comfortable, and precisely what you need to hang out in between your kitesessions. The restaurant has great kitchen with local food and other worldly kitchens: burgers, pasta and noodles! In the evening it’s cosy to hang out with the other kiters and release the adrenaline a bit with a nice cocktail or cerveza. The personal is helpful friendly and made sure we have a safe kite experience, where you can start as a beginner (me) or learn to do your first kiteloops (my boyfriend)! Amazing place! Thank you!

One of the highlights of my stay was the three nights at El Arca, where we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful beaches, cozy palapas, custom-made breakfast, and the attentive care provided by the owners. Their generous hospitality made us feel right at home, and I greatly appreciated the secluded setting, perfect for dog lovers and those seeking solitary beach walks. Among the four places we visited in Panama, El Arca stood out as our favourite, largely thanks to the warm and pleasant nature of the owners.

Beautiful garden environment and the interior decor is amazing. Surrounding mountain countryside is idyllic. The host was very informative with excellent communication skills. Service was also excellent. Breakfasts were delicious and quite varied each day. We looked forward to each breakfast and were definitely set up for the day. You do need a car to get around, but the views are stunning. A true 10 out of 10.
