Super friendly staff, always willing to help. The location is perfect, it’s away from all the touristic areas in the south which makes it the perfect escape. They encourage business from local community to operate in hotel which is really nice ( surf lessons/ bike rental etc) the surf beach is one of the best in the world for beginners.

Honestly everything! The view of the chill out area is amazing, the kitchen is big, soooo much space to chill. Yoga mats and a balance board for when the suns too hot. Huge beds and two bathrooms per room. Everything was clean and smelt great! Outdoor shower, 2 minute walk to the surf- it’s the dream place!

Mina and the team were very accommodating and the apartment was perfect for our stay. We loved staying here. Pacifico is low key, very local, and very peaceful. We took scooters to General Luna one day which is about a 1h45 ride south, beautiful scenery along the way and well worth doing.

The host was amazing. He was really kind and helpful. My boyfriend needed to see a doctor, but because it was saturday, the medical center was closed. The host arranged for a doctor to come to the center on her free day. It helped us a lot!
