Very charming hotel with great rooms, excellent views, friendly and hospitable staff and a very nice breakfast buffet - even though we were the only guests that night, a full buffet was prepared for us. Also games and toys available for the kids. We felt very welcome. My best recommendations.

A very good value option for a one-night stay. While my room was windowless (I knew this when booking) it served its purpose very well, as all I needed was a place to sleep with little other time spent in the room. The inclusive breakfast was of very high quality. The location is great, right opposite the railway station and 5 minutes from the bus/coach station.

Comfortable common area to study. Big plus that it offers coffee/ tea all day for free. Also includs dinner.

The hotel was quite central ( above a store in the central pedestrian zone) but tricky to find since the signage was not obvious. Access was up a flight of stairs, then a welcome elevator. Room was basic, but comfortable with fresh air, good heating and Wifi and a good shower. Continental breakfast was also basic but adequate and coffee, tea, biscuits and apples were freely available at any time from the Reception area. Staff were friendly and helpful and kindly allowed a late checkout due to afternoon train. Handy to supermarkets and shops. Bike hire available at Solsta Hire ( no connection to hotel) near the public library.
