Great place, great café with incredible tarte flambee and waffles, very kind host, and nice area located at the Gota channel! Perfectly renovated bath house. We really can recommend this location in Motala!

We were travelling over to Gothenburg so this was a great little stop over town en route.
We visited the motor museum (which was actually rather good) and took a walk around the waterfront. Some nice bistros and eateries there, all you would need for a short stay. We sadly missed the broadcasting/radio museum nearby as it was closed.
The town square itself is nice but there are a quite a few more modern buildings that look a little brutal. We moved on to Vadstena which was a short drive away and a fantastic place to visit.
All in all Motala is a great base and to drive to lots of attractions in the surrounding areas. Thumbs up!
Amazing staff so friendly and accomodating.
We went to Motala Värdshus with a basketball team of 14 girls. Rooms were spacious and no problem to sleep 5 in one room. Sam arranged for extra beds, everything we needed for breakfast, and a superfriendly welcome
For the price we paid this was absolutely value for money. Will def come back and recommend to others.
It is centrally located. The Internet is good, but watch out, it is not secured. It is an entirely open connection. Plenty of parking spaces and a quiet and green neighborhood. We had a sauna, which was nice.
The management was very nice and they gave me a second table so I could work. The original table was too small so I needed 2.
Great place, great café with incredible tarte flambee and waffles, very kind host, and nice area located at the Gota channel! Perfectly renovated bath house. We really can recommend this location in Motala!
The hotel is in the city center, there is coffee in the rooms, a beautiful view from the balcony to the city center. A good breakfast that can be eaten outside in good weather.
We only stayed 1 night, but if were ever going to need a stopover in Motala, we would gladly stay here again. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Göta canal.
The staff, the cleanliness and hospitable reception. Great location and staff provided good suggestions for dinner. However the food at the hotel is also very good.
The hotel is situated in a silent street not that far from the town centre. The room was large and had comfortable beds. Inside the room everything was fine.
A very nice small hotell located in a quite and peaceful part of the town. A free parking spot was available on site. The staff was friendly and helpful.
