The game Guides were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Unfortunately on our first Sunset drive, there was a big storm and all the passengers were soaking wet and freezing cold. Guides should have asked us if we wanted to go home and / or plastic ponchos should have been available for the use of guests on the drive. A small blanket would have been a good thing too as it was very cold. Perhaps a bit more info regarding procedure at the restaurant and more upfront info regarding the lack of charging facilities for phones. Our paraffin lamp was leaking and so a very strong paraffin smell pervaded our accommodation.

Staff were fantastic and made our check in and overall stay all the more enjoyable. The camp is a little far from the gate so be prepared for a decent drive.... there are no early game drives from this camp, the earliest, I think, being 8a.m. Please confirm this for yourself on check in. Cottage was comfortable .. plenty of hot water!
