The officer was ready waiting for the customers at 12pm. Even check in time was 1 pm, she has taken us to our clean rooms half an hour before. The room was in a very good size, the bathroom was nice, the bed was big enough, the lightning was good. The room was very clean. There was wifi. The TV did not work, they have called an engineer, he fixed it but there were no foreign channels. I could use only you tube. Its very close to the airport, walking distance. If you dont have luggage, easy to walk directly.

What a delightful experience! The location is truly unbeatable, just a 15-minute walk from the airport, making it effortlessly accessible day or night. The staff's warm hospitality truly elevated my stay, as they were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to assist. The dormitories were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, with both AC and fans ensuring a pleasant environment. Additionally, having a nearby supermarket and dining options made everything even more convenient. There is complimentary coffee and cookies. I stayed in the place twice already. So much better than I expected for an airport hotel. Pool was amazing, able to swim up to hotel room. Beds soft and comfortable, best beds we stayed in for our whole stay in thailand. Managed to get great sleep before early flight

They have a shuttle to the airport, when you call them, they come immediately to take you. This is wonderful and also they charge a little money for that. At the Pukhet Airport for a very short distance the Transportation companies are charging very expensive prices even for 1 km they charge you 400 baht, instead 50 or 100 baht and the taxis do not want to go to close distances and also they ask for big fee. So the shuttle service of the hotel is great. The location is good, very close to the beach and there are many restaurants around. The rooms are lovely decorated with nice colors and sea shells. The windows are looking at green trees. 7 eleven is just at the corner, and the taxi stop is there too. The room was very clean and the lights in the room were really good for any purpose. The TV had so many channels and working very well. The wifi was good too.
