For a very last-minute booking, the price was excellent. Everything is quite clean and the space is just right. Bathrooms are big and clean and for it's price, it is definitely more than basic. The double room for a family of five is an excellent find. Breakfast was not included and can be managed better elsewhere. Balcony is cleaned but it's a pigeon station. Does not get in the way of your stay, if you are looking to spend the day outside and use the hotel room for shower and sleep. Exceeds expectations of cleanliness, given the price.

Located 2.5 km from Mimosa Pattaya, Nantra Pattaya Baan Ampoe Beach offers an outdoor pool and a 24-hour front desk.

This grand hotel is fairly new but suffered 3 years of closure due to CoVid. As a result it needs a good deep clean and a refresh however, no doubt, funds are limited so, it seems, they are restarting the business and, I am sure, will invest during the upcoming off season to bring it back up to it's previous glory. The small town itself is not very touristy and the main draw is the incredible Preecha Seafood Restaurant almost next door which gets busy each night and brings the tourists, who stay at the Condotels and Resorts at Ban Amphur Beach, the next beach area South of the Nantra, to eat and then return to their accommodation. We were in Room 404. The door entry card worked on a bit of a hit and miss system. Sometimes it opened straight away other times nothing or a red light flash and a 30second or so delay before it worked. It had a great sea view, I don't know what the view from the rooms opposite was like. There was Aircon, a small fridge, that was rather noisy at night, bottled water but no tea/coffee facilities, mini bar nor phone. There was a safe but it was not secured down. The wash area, toilet and shower room worked well but needed some love. The glass pane between the shower area and bedroom is cracked at the bottom corner. There were limited power points. One above the fridge, one used by TV, one used by fridge, If you need a coffee, go out of the alley, turn left and there is a cake shop about 100m up on the left that does good coffee. The eatery opposite is good and super cheap and where the locals eat.

    There are nice restaurants in walking distance.

    There are nice restaurants in walking distance. And our favorite Australian Bar Drifters. Restaurants: Baccos, Italian. The Glasshouse, Thai. And a lot of little Thai Restaurants, which are all good. Don't hesitate to get a massage. The facilities are old, but the service is great. A car would be nice, however Bolt, Grab, and other services are readily available to go to Jomtien or Pattaya.

    Nice and Quiet beach, Most Hotels have direct access to the beach (no beach road blocking the beach and the hotel), Sea water is quite good, cleanliness of the beach can be improved. Na Jomtien is near to many tourist attractions (Nongnuch garden, floating market, Columbia Picture Aquaverse, Legend Siam etc.), Nice Seafood restaurant beside the beach (Baan Amphur)

    Beautiful place staff really nice would do anything for you worth the money. Beach bloody beautiful restaurant really nice right by the beach and had 3 massive pools would go there again but it’s a little bit far out from Pattaya centre

    From the moment we arrived the hospitality was ace I’m so hard to please,this is a huge compliment Well done to whoever orchestrates the staff,the training is spot on. Restaurant inside was to die for the one in the beach was so good and the fire show was the best I’ve seen in Thailand including the islands,complete with fireworks the dancers done fantastic Thank you and well done to all the staff This is the only hotel in Pattaya for me Regards Bobby

    It is not like the photos in the app, much less attractive , old and not a even a one star experience , we were put in a area where only two rooms were occupied, out of maybe 80 rooms , eerie and we felt unsecured ,, everything about Pnnacle is bad , so I hope your viewers will understand how we felt , really felt cheated …
