Staff was phenomenal - Pan helped us with everything. Location wasn't in walking distance to much, but a short drive from some good locations. And they have reasonable rates to drive you into town or to the waterfalls. Property was beautiful and rooms were great. Would highly recommend.

Very nice and affordable hotel just across the Lamai beach. Pool was clean and big enough, we felt prety good for 5 nights. Lady at front desk was very friendly. 7 Eleven is very close, night markets around 15-20 minutes walk.

Staff were helpful to move us as we initially had booked a Mountain View room- you can barely see the mountain behind the electricity wires and the road is so noisy. Moved to a sea facing room which was spacious and much quieter.
