İznik Seyir Otel, hotel in İznik

Set in renovated İznik mansion, İznik Seyir Otel also features a traditional architecture. The property also has a peaceful garden. Free WiFi access is available throughout this homestay.

The hotel is very near to the lake and you can also reach the center easily by walking. Seems like there are two buildings of the hotel. The part I had my room was very new. The guy who showed me the room and helped me with the bag was a nice guy.

Bungalow In Iznik, hotel in İznik

Set in İznik in the Marmara Region region, Bungalow In Iznik has a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi.

The bungalow was wonderful, it's a highlight for all of you, who want to be in the nature with no one around except of some wolves (not visible but definitely there) and olive trees (amazing view!). Communication with Aziz, the host, was very good. He recommended some very good restaurants and also answered all of our questions immediately. All in all a very nice stay!

It is a small town with some good historical sites situated on a lovely lake and in the middle of an agricultural region. When we were there, the main museum was closed, and it was off season, and the lake was not right for swimming or water sports. In other words, low key. We were there to see the tile work as well as the historic sites. We also wanted a slow start after arriving in Turkey. We really enjoyed seeing a small town that in the off season is pretty ordinary. It gave us a great introduction to Turkish life. People were friendly there. A lovely place close to Istanbul that provided a good intro to the country.
