Location and parking matter. You can park in the hotel's yard and it's pretty safe. Also, I liked a very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is good as well, it was important for me before a long drive home.

I was traveling with a connection in Lviv and just needed a place to sleep. So it was important for me that the hotel was close to the station and safe. When I arrived I was met by a very nice girl who helped me drag my suitcase to the 3rd floor, advised me where to go and what to see in the city.
The room was clean, and cozy, with everything you need (slippers, soap, water bottle, kettle, tea, etc).
Although they have breakfast from 7 am, they prepared it for me an hour earlier because of early check-out without any questions. The breakfast itself was delicious, the portion was huge.
If I ever need to travel again with a connection in Lviv, I will definitely choose the same hotel.
