I have been in Ukraine a couple of times travelling around in the past years experiencing Airbnbs, Hotels and Hostels in small and big cities. This hostel surprised from the very begging starting with the cheap prices online (currently online prices are not correct, call them.), then I got surprised again while calling the hostel with the patience and kindness of the receptionist who answered my call (as a foreigners, we know how ukrainian customer service is usually not the best), then again surprised when getting there. The hostel is in the very city center, in a renewed historic building, everything very simple and completely clean, with nice kitchen, hot shower and clean bathrooms, stable Wi-Fi, and the staffs are just amazing! the most kind people I have met in Ukraine, from the administrative, cleaning ladies, recepcionists to the handyman, they are just amazing, always willing to help you. Extras to mention, there is no shower towels to rent, they are free! Laundry is free, yes, the laundry is completely free of charge, the rooms have new paint and new furniture, mattress very confortable and electricity is always On, regardless the power outages in the country.
