Check in was complete chaos. No one was there when we arrived, they did not email us information the day before with code for door lock. We waited for ever for someone to arrive then they put us in a room we didn't book. The day after check in we got the email with unit number and door code. There was construction going on right outside our apartment all week waking us up every morning and continuing loudly until 4pm daily. Also did not keep the pool clean. I had a bout of insomnia and Wen (or Gwen?) went out of her way to help me find what I needed to make another cup of coffee AND made one for me to take up to my room. I had a fantastic and interesting conversation with her during the early morning hours which made me feel at home!

Boca Raton is a great city to visit, just not this hotel.
Boca Raton is a great city to visit, just not this hotel. There a places to visit like the beaches, the new boat ramp park, gumbo limbo preserve, Spanish river park, mizner park shopping area, as well as town center mall. Public Transportation is accessible. You have buses and trains that run in and out. If you are an outdoors person, then the nightlife is great.

Maybe not the best for kids but it was great for me and my girlfriend to get away for a week. We loved it . Even the surrounding area had tons of places to eat, drink, and relax at. We will definitely be back.
