We were only spending one night before our cruise from Port Canaveral. This was a great location for us to be close to port, right next to Walgreens for last minute supplies and walking distance to the beach. Perfect for what we were looking for. The staff were great!!

We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise so if you are trying to plan the same type of stay here is some info I think will be useful. We took an Uber to the hotel from MCO ( $68 and took maybe 40 min). The hotel provides a shuttle to your cruise port ( $15/ person). There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. From fast food to “nice” restaurants, you won’t have a problem walking to get food. There is also a grocery store that’s an easy walk from the hotel ( maybe 6-7 minutes )for things you may have forgotten for your cruise. The beach is also an easy walk away ( maybe two blocks). The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. While it’s not new and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a new hotel, as a place to rest and get organized the night before your cruise it is an absolute no brainer for the price and location. If I were coming to cocoa beach for a week this is the first place I would try to stay because of what you get for the money.

A beach town that makes you wanna soak up the sun and surf some waves. Many interesting restaurants and amenities with friendly staff. I loved the beachy relax vibe. Also, it appeared to be dog friendly; wished I knew this to bring my pup! We loved "Salty Sisters bar and grill", we enjoyed both the food and the ambiance; very laid back. Getting around was easy but you do need to have a car for transportation. Definetely bring a mosquito repellent and sunblock! We did the Bioluminescent kayaking and should've done more research about best locations and time for these, we did not see many comb jelly glow and worse I developed an allergic dermatitis to something in the water. Lastly, we visited the "Kennedy Space Center" and one day was enough to see the facilities (though I am not a space enthusiast).

I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it is an older and unkept facility. The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. The bed sunk low and was in need of a new mattress. Old furniture and furnishings in the room. Lamp wasn't working and tv remotes with no back to hold batteries. They had to be replaced.

Cocoa Beach is a laid back surfer town and is close to Port Canaveral. We stayed here the day before our cruise departure. There are a lot of good restaurants and there is a Winn-Dixie and Publix. The beach is nice and clean.

I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful.
I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful. We stayed because it was a short drive to the port. Will not stay again. We had dinner at IHOP, it was not that great. After check-out, we had breakfast at McDonald's. It was as expected. We didn't visit any lical sites.
Our room was in the tower, oceanfront. You really have to be careful when you book though. There are several buildings and the ocean front tower is the only one that is actually on the water. The rest are a lot older and a little run down though perfectly fine for a night or two before a cruise, etc. The breakfast was good both mornings. The beach is fantastic and it is literally right next to Cocoa Beach Pier. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and Publix is across the street, Walmart is a 10 min drive.
Location right on the beach, garden is shared with the hotel next to it, there was a wedding at the hotel and in the garden so we didn't use the garden or picnic area as we didn't want to intrude. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants, Pig and Whistle had really good food. Room was dated and the furniture rustic, however bedding was clean and fresh and bed comfortable, toiletries and towels clean, no hairdryer or iron. We stayed one night pre cruise and it was a good location for us.
I loved the view! It was truly an oceanfront view. We stayed in a junior suite that had large windows in the front and side giving us both an ocean and coastline view. We had a sitting area and semi -wall that separated the bedroom. The water in the shower got heat and felt great. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. The breakfast was ok and typical of what most hotels offer. The suite was clean. I would definitely recommend The Best Western in Cocoa Beach Florida.
Very close access to the beach, the lazy river was fun, rooms were nice. We went down for a cruise, stayed 2 days before it and 3 days after and made y memories. Ron Jon Surf Shop is right by here, Port Canaveral is 10 minutes away. The breakfast was good, with a lot of selection. The hotel had beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, and beach bikes you could check out for free.
I love Cocoa Beach suites the rooms area very spacious they feel more like a little apartments instead of just a room I have been there 3 times already this year and planning a few more trips back before the end of the year and I will book my stay with Cocoa Beach suites for sure and I love that the parking area is under cover like parking in a carport keeps the sun from heating up your vehicle.
Awesome stay in a little piece of "Old Florida" heaven! Our 2 bedroom apartment with outdoor seating areas made cooking and eating very relaxing. The location, right in the beach, was fantastic! We enjoyed walking the beach, sitting on the beach (with chairs provided), and the beautiful sunrise and sunset! A much needed get away week-end!
The place was quiet and the atmosphere was friendly, the hotel is in a very comfortable location if you need to reach Kennedy Space Center, and it's not far from the airport. Rooms are quiet and ok for a short stay. There are a Denny's, some shops and a thai restaurant nearby. The beach is a few minutes away.
We only stayed overnight, but the facilities looked good. Rooms were clean and good variety at breakfast. We were a little disappointed that the bar food was already closed by time we arrived but the server at the bar did recommend a lovely italian restaurant about 10 mins walk. Close to Cocoa Beach and pier.
location!!! 2-5 min walk to the beach, 10-15 min walk to surf shops, bars, tattoo, etc. 27-30 min walk on the beach to the pier SO worth it. Staff was super friendly, if your room isn’t available they let you park there early to enjoy the beach, etc. while you wait! definitely would book again!
Right on the Cocoa beach, our room overlooked the beach and had great sunrise views, the staff are lovely, we were able to check in really early which was a bonus. The room was large and bed extremely comfortable, WiFi Amy good. Breakfast was ok, coffee good. All in all a really good stay
The proximity of the hotel to Cape Canaveral, the courteous staff was fine. The shampoo hair conditioner and body gels were very nice. The beach although cold for the season, was nice.
Eunice was a great host. The place is in a great location and the best bang for your buck. We visit cocoa beach often and will definitely be booking with Eunice again.
