What an awesome hotel. Room was very comfortable and fresh, clean and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and the comfort and atmosphere of the lounge. Had a wonderful meal right next door plus were only a short drive to the Premium outlets.

This was our second stay at the Proctor Mansion. We have enjoyed both visits. We have family in the area so it is very handy! The location and easy walking to restaurants in town is a bonus!

Yes there bugs and I couldn’t sleep. Also a couple next door fought during the night. He was beating her up . Throwing furniture against the walls screaming.
I called and complained, he promised to give me my two nights I didn’t stay because of the mess. What do you think I never received it. Nice guy right!!!!stay away bad place!

Franklin is a wonderful place to stay! It's quiet , has great restaurants and shopping nearby but so much to do, close to the interstates so you can go anywhere! I like the facilities in the location and I've stayed there before. Unfortunately it due to supply problems and lack of employees which is affecting most businesses, the stay was extremely unsatisfying. I know that these things will be fixed in the future and I would recommend anyone to stay at this fine establishment. The staff is extremely helpful in these trying times.

Super comfortable bed. We wanted to make breakfast and were disappointed to find out that some of the options weren't available though there was a hour or so left for service. Other than that one glitch, definitely a place we would revisit on a future trip to Franklin.
