The breakfast was amazing. Why was that it is included in your fare for the room, plus all that was there was made fresh. They've turned a simple Continental breakfast into a wholesome and satisfying experience. With their freshly made food, the patience and kindness of the waiters, their understanding of English helped me A lot as well. It's a hotel that unless you desire to explore the town, you don't need to leave the building, all is taken cared of.

The service was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant downstairs. Food was crazy good!! Breakfast was superb! Even though the hotel is located a lil bit far from the bazaar, but if you have a car, it shouldn't be a problem. It's around 15-20 minutes walking distance to the bazaar. So, not that bad actually. The free parking at the hotel was convenient and easy. We had a lovely 1 night stay at Gjakova.

Hotel 12 is situated in the perfect location, close to all the attractions and amenities you need. I didn't have to go far to explore the city, hike, indulge in some shopping, or try out local restaurants. The rooms at this hotel were simply great. From the stylish decor to the comfortable beds, every detail was carefully curated to create a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an unforgettable stay. They were always available to assist me with any queries or requests, and their attentiveness to our needs was truly remarkable. Their dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. Waking up to a scrumptious breakfast each morning was such a delight. The hotel offered a good variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food for dinner was impeccable Very Caring Staff: The staff members at this hotel were not only professional but also genuinely caring. They took the time to engage in friendly conversations, ensuring I felt like a valued guests. Their personal touch and warm demeanor made me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money at hotel 12. The level of service, comfort, and overall experience far exceeded what I had paid for. It's rare to find such outstanding quality at such an affordable.

Location is 10 mins from main attractions in Gjakova,this place is a homestay,so usual house guest rules applies :) you will stay with the owners in same building,the room they provided was very good and quiet.also owners are very helpful on anything.would definitely come back.
