I hosted an event at the hotel. The allocated venue was perfect. The set up was great. The food and beverages were excellent! The venue and refreshments really added to my event being a success. I organised the event over email with Tabita, the process was seamless. The service I received from Thabiso and Lethabo was professional and efficient. They took care of everything. Great venue, great service!! Everything was outstanding! My room was clean, inviting, spacious and relaxing. Perfect stay away from home. Breakfast had lots of variety and everything was delicious. Reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I don't think I will risk staying anywhere else when I'm in Bloemfontein! Thank you
