“Yura and his wife are very welcoming! I came late in the evening but it was no problem whatsoever. The guesthouse is on the second floor, separated from the owner which I found nice. There is free coffee and tea in the kitchen. The outside area is also nice as it is covered. A shop is 35 meters away. I’d recommend this place to anyone!”

“First of all İ have to mention that İ travel a lot, and İ always try to find cheap accommodation during my travels, but İ have never, NEVER ever met such level of hospitality! Even for Armenian people the way Hasmik treats her guests is something extraordinary! She let me in around 11 o'clock, welcomed me with some pastry and home-made jam, she gave me bigger room than that which İ booked. she cooked a very delicious dinner for me (for additional price) and fabulous breakfast (included in price). Wheň İ left, she gave me a gift from her and it was very useful 😀 she asked her son to give me a lift to the bank... Everything in the guesthouse is brand new. Everything! Everything is clear and working! Her bathroom looks like one in a five-star hotel, the kitchen is very cozy. İ was really surprised to get this kind of host at a such small price....She really makes you feel at home!”
