“Everything was perfect! First room we booked had no air conditioning but only fans, which was OK. Wifi connection was also poor in the room. We mentioned this to reception and they gave us a room on the higher floors which had both air conditioning and better internet! And a better sea view!!! The young men of the reception were always helpful and service minded. Even when we said we needed no help, they were there trying their best!!! As most hotels in Argentina, they had 10 am as checking out time (yeah, we know, ridiculous) but we asked if they really were fully booked and needed the room that early as our flight to Buenos Aires didn´t leave until 4 pm. What did they do then? They checked if so was the case and no, all the rooms of the hotel were not need at checking in time, so we were allowed to stay until 12, which helped us a great deal, made our stay longer and more pleasant because we even had time to go to the beach, which is just across the street. You never forget that when you´re on holiday!! All other hotels in Argentina, learn from these guys!!”

“The staff here are brilliant, it seems like a family run hotel. There was a gentleman, a young lady, and a young boy who were always looking after reception, and everything actually. They don't speak much English, however were incredibly patient and helpful via Google Translate to help us with everything. We needed to call another hotel / police because we had lost belongings on our journey to Mar del Plata, and they helped us sooooo much. The bedrooms was comfortable and the bathroom was clear. There is a big space for breakfast in the morning and they served a lot of bread and croissants. You can use the kitchen and fridge for your own things if you wish during your stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Get there early for a good spot on the beach, and make sure you try La Bogatta, an amazing sandwich place nearby.”
