“Charm hostel was one of the best hostels I have stayed in Brazil. We arrived late at night and tired to the hostel, Angela was there to give us a warm welcome. She even gave us some apples, bread and cookies because we did not have dinner, a very sweet gesture from her! Angela made us feel really at home in the hostel. They also gave us recommendations and discount vouchers for restaurants to eat. Before our arrival in Brotas, they recommended us a very good agency for activities in Brotas and taxi´s numbers, so that we could plan our trip in advance. Furthermore, the hostel is very clean and every bed has its own storage space, plugs and little light. Basically, the hostel have everything you need, even swimming pool! The breakfast was also very nice, with home-made cake :) Muito obrigada por tudo, recomendo muito!”

“The hosts were amazing. The first thing they did after greeting us early for check-in, was recommend us to some amazing waterfall hikes! They were very attentive, warm and welcoming even though we spoke very little Portuguese and they spoke a little English.
